Thanks to another year 2009...

Since I am not so great at updating our blog I decided to make a video of last year and the pictures that make it.

January-back to school for sky, Late night card games with the goodfreys, and the begginign of great year.

February-Valentines party with the kids.

March-Grandma Hammond came for 10 days!! Zoo visits, naps, spring break, trip to Chicago and lots of American Idol!!

April-Easter, Macie hurt her leg and it seemed to take forever to get better.

May-Spring was in the air, Drove 22 hours straight to Idaho to surprise Grandma and Grandpa Hammond for mothers day. Macie went through the Temple doors and came out declaring that she has now been married.

June-Summer semester stared, put an offer on a house, offer accepted, and changed our minds...lots of walks to the park!!!

July-Moved! Family reunion in Colorado Springs, Alpine slide, lost shoe, and new purple sparkly sun glasses. Sky's 27 birthday, 2 cakes, friends came over, friends lived with us! A great month.

August-Summer break!!!! Thomas 1st Birthday, cake, cars and water park!!! Marianne's 29th birthday, went to dinner with friends, texas sheet cake (thanks Jen), and lots of fun. Ball games, Zoo, got sick, loved every miunte of having Sky around for 3 weeks

September-lots of BBQ's

October-Halloween, Grandpa and Grandma Sessions returned from their mission, Stopped for 5 days and we partied. It was fun!!!

November-Macie Turned 3!!!!! Grandpa and Grandma Hammond came for Thanksgiving!!!! Had Friends and Family over for Thanksgiving day, visited the Domes for the first time!

December- Went to Idaho for Christmas, Thomas loves snow machines, Macie loves snow and great being with family!!!!!

Wow I am terrible at updating this blog!!!! This is what Sky will look like when he discovers I have actually updated it.

It has been a busy couple of months, and so much fun. Grandma and Grandpa Hammond came to vistit for Thanksgiving we were spoiled to have them here for a week and the kids loved every minute of it. Thanks for coming Grandma and Grandpa!!!!!

Christmas was fun we got to spend time with both family's and sorry if you are sick because of us !!! It was a great time and good to see you all.

I have been getting more into cake decorating and my sister Camille has asked that I post all of the cakes I have done lately so if you are not interested it's okay because this is for Camille.

I just downloaded all of these pictures and here are some of my favorite that Macie obviously got a hold of the camera and had a hay day. I Love that girl. I think she may have some talent.

This little girl has been so excited for her birthday after Sky had his and then she watched Thomas and I have ours with a couple of friends in between. When we put the cake in front of her she said "It's finally my turn?" she said she wanted an Elephant cake and when asked what colors she said Yellow and orange so that is what she got.

To be honest my hand was killing me after I got done piping that cake but it was worth it to see the smile and stars in her eyes.

If you know Macie you know pretty much what she talks about is School, back packs and Doctors, and lately Dentists she informed me one day while in the car;

" Mom I am going to be a teeth doctor,"

"They are called Dentist Macie,"

"I am going to be a dentist Mom, you can be a dentist to mom"

I just laughed I wonder what will happen when she realizes that not every dad she knows goes to school all day and is a Doctor or a Dentist I guess that is what growing up is all about.

So she got her Back pack and first Doctor kit and we have all been patients of Doctor Macie multiple times since last Thursday.

Halloween and Pumpkin patch

For Halloween the kids and I went and picked out our very own pumpkin Macie loved it while Thomas sat in the stroller and did a face plant in the mud. life is so fun with these two kids. Macie was so proud of her pumpkin.

For Halloween we each tried to be a catacter from Peter Pan. Sky was Peter Pan , I was Wendy, Macie was Tinkerbell, and Thomas was Captain hook. It was fun to dress up as a family!!!!
